What battery does the Aqualung i450T use?
A 3V CR2450 lithium battery, fitted negative-side down. Our kit uses a VARTA CR2450, plus a genuine O-ring and silicone grease.
How long does the i450T battery last?
Aqualung's estimate is around 300 hours of dive time — roughly a year for someone doing two 1-hour dives per dive day. Heavy backlight or compass use will shorten that.
Do I need a new O-ring every time I change the battery?
Yes — Aqualung's manual calls for replacing the O-ring at every battery change to keep the seal watertight, which is why it's included in every kit.
